Monthly Body-Based Creative Process Zoom Meetup
Join me once a month for a free, 40 minute drop-in creative process meet up!
Inspired by three in-person body-based creative process workshops based on my creative process meditations, I am now hosting an online monthly free, 40-minute drop-in version of the meet-up to explore the creative process through connecting to our bodies, and offer space to share and offer constructive feedback on our creative works-in-progress. The space is here to forefront connecting to our bodies as a way of complementing other methods of processing and understanding our work.
If you are a creative of any kind, you are welcome!

The format:
Each 40 minute session will begin with a 5-10 minute body-based activity, followed by 30 minutes of open discussion, sharing and feedback on the creative process.
