Monthly Body-Based Creative Process Zoom Meetup
Join Megan Chapman Campbell and myself once a month for a free, 40 minute drop-in creative process meet up!
Inspired by three in-person body-based creative process workshops based on my creative process meditations, I am now hosting an online monthly free, 40-minute drop-in version of the meet-up to explore the creative process through connecting to our bodies, and offer space to share and offer constructive feedback on our creative works-in-progress. The space is here to forefront connecting to our bodies as a way of complementing other methods of processing and understanding our work.
If you are a creative of any kind, you are welcome!

The facilitators:
Megan* is a facilitator of expressive movement, musician and educator with a passion for creating therapeutic spaces that help people become more authentic and joyful. For Megan, healing is not something to achieve, to commercialise, another form of perfection. Instead, she prefers to ask: How can I bring more love into this world? How can I really be present with those around me? How can I bring joy and truth? How can I dance with the parts of me that are challenging, and accept them? The real life stuff.

You can also find out more about me.

The format:
Each 40 minute session will begin with a 5-10 minute body-based activity led by either Megan or myself, followed by 30 minutes of open discussion, sharing and feedback on the creative process.
*Megan and I met on our Personal Embodiment Training with the Tamalpa Life/Art Process and share a love for open and exploratory spaces held with connection and care.
